Help dashboard lights Renault Scenic?
I have a 1998 Renault Megane Scenic. The light on my dashboard that lights up to display the total milage the car has done and the mile you do every day has stoped working (gone out) could this just be a fuse or a bulb, and how can it be sorted. When I have my car lights on at night a can just about read it but when the car is on during the day you can’r read it as it doesn’t light up.

You’ll have to take it to Renault for a diagnostic I’m afraid. They will charge you a lot of money to dismantle the dash and put a new display in. There is no way of doing it yourself and Renault do it this way on purpose to get you to spend money. The unit itself will only be about £40 but labour will take it over £100.
