SSC ultimate aero question?
i dont get how the ssc ultimate aero has a v8 engine that produces more hp than the Bugatti veyron but the veyron has a V16 engine.
So how can a V8 engine produce more power than a V16?
It’s all in the boost. You can get 1200hp out of a 4cyl 2.5 engine…but the turbo lag will be awful, as you won’t get any more power than a normal 2.5L until you get to about 5000 RPM, and the the boost kicks you in the head.
