Can just anyone buy a Ferrari/Bugatti/Lambo/etc?
Can just anyone walk into a dealership and buy one of these exotic vehicles? I heard somewhere before that one of the car manufacturers (i.e. Bugatti) will interview you to ensure you have a history of owning exotic vehicles, hold a certain status, etc. Out of curiosity, I’m trying to find some support to prove or disprove this.
It makes sense to me as they wouldn’t want just any lotto winner to walk in and buy one.
