importing japanese nissan skyline?
i understand it is a very difficult process to make one of these street legal in the U.S. so i was thinking, would it be legal to import one and use it for parts without potentially getting into trouble with the government? or, i know it is very illegal but just switching all the verification plates and what not and replacing them with the 240sx stuff (which i currently own) and just claim it is just a skyline conversion! Lol. or is it just not worth it period?? please help, thanks
yeah, they do have the us version! for 80,000 dollars!!!
And when you get done you will have a heavily modified 240sx that really runs like a SKYLINE. But there is still the problem getting replacement parts. There are simpler alternatives A LS- (GM) aluminum block crate motor. And a really good Auto or Manual 6 speed transmission.
